The renaissance is the rebirth of Greek and Roman culture. A lot of their culture was shown in the art. During the renaissance people really cared about the individual, known as humanism. The following artists used techniques in their art to show humanism.

Leonardo DaVinci:
Leonardo, born in April 15 1454 at Vinci, Italy; is a very important person who contributed to the humanism in the renaissance. Know for his work like The Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, or The Vitruvian Man. He was not only an artist but also a famous painter, sculptor, musician, architect, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer who's arguably optimized the renaissance humanist ideals more than any other individual during this time.

Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino:
He is also known as Raphael.
